Prior to joining Armin Jahr in the fall of 2024, Mrs. Fairall held a number of roles in the Bremerton School District including Title/Special Education Lead Teacher, English Language Learner (ELL) Coordinator, and Testing/Assessment Coordinator, and Assistant Assistant Director for State & Federal Programs.  Mrs. Fairall developed and implemented programs to increase student achievement among the District’s English Language Learners and expanded districtwide family outreach to ELL families by creating parent/family nights at different schools. She was instrumental in the development and implementation of the District’s Spanish dual immersion program.
