Prior to joining Armin Jahr in the fall of 2024, Mrs. Fairall held a number of roles in the Bremerton School District, including Title/Special Education Lead Teacher, English Language Learner (ELL) Coordinator, Testing/Assessment Coordinator, and Assistant Director for State & Federal Programs.  Mrs. Fairall developed and implemented programs to increase student achievement among the District’s English Language Learners and expanded districtwide family outreach to ELL families by creating parent/family nights at different schools. She was instrumental in the development and implementation of the District’s Spanish dual immersion program.

Thrilled to join the Armin Jahr and View Ridge community, Mrs. West brings 13 years of dedicated experience in education—most recently serving in the South Kitsap School District—and a background in international teaching. With a heartfelt belief that every student can thrive, Mrs. West fosters a learning environment rooted in high expectations, genuine relationships, collaborative spirit, and strong organizational foundations.

A committed lifelong learner, Mrs. West continually explores fresh ideas and strategies to support students, staff, and families alike. By leading with curiosity, empathy, and a growth mindset, Mrs. West aims to build a school community where every child is seen, supported, and inspired to shine.
